FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1. Why do you want to get the head on TV?
Why not? There are far worse things on TV than a Weems head.
2. Is Weems a real person?
Of course. It’s on the internet. Everything on the internet is true. Duh.
3. Can I advertise on your site?
Yes. Please do. Contact advertising@wheresweems.com for additional information.
4. What’s your return policy?
We don’t refund money unless we charged you too much for shipping. We will send you a different size shirt or different style if you return the shirt to us. We won’t pay for you to mail it back, but we will ship the new one to you free of charge. That’s a pretty good deal because if you are old enough to buy a t-shirt online, you should probably know what size shirt you wear. If you have trouble with this, take your shirt off, find the tag on the back of the neck, read the size, BINGO! For other questions about returns or Weems Wear t-shirts, email: weemswear@wheresweems.com
5. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal. That shit is secure as shit.
6. How secure is this store?
Weems Wear uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Like I said before, that shit is secure as shit.
7. Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it. Either way, it’s 2010 now. You should probably just make one anyway. It takes like 5 minutes. Seriously.
8. What are your shipping rates?
We use tabled rates:
1 shirt = $3 shipping
2 or 3 shirts = $5.50 shipping
4 shirts = $7.50 shipping
5 shirts = $10 shipping
6+ shirts = FREE SHIPPING!
9. Where are you guys located and how long will it take to get my shirt?
While we are located in cyber space, but our shirts ship from West Chester, PA. Most items will ship within 3 to 4 business days from the time we receive your order. If there is a delay, we will contact you and let you know. This shouldn’t ever be the case, but sometimes shit happens. Orders of one to four shirts are shipped via USPS First Class mail. Orders of five or more shirts are shipped via FedEx.
10. What types of shirts do you use?
We use 2 different types of shirts:
1. District Threads T-shirts for men and women: These are soft cotton shirts, comparable to American Apparel or Uni Qlo tees. We are converting all of our shirts to District Threads tees upon repeated requests from customers (color & style permitting), but a lot of our earlier designs are still on Port & Company. Read the description on the product page to make sure you like the style. Mens’ style: DT104. Womens’ style: DT200. View sizing chart here.
2. Port & Company Essential T-shirts: Men’s sizes only. These are a little heavier/thicker shirts, but very nice quality and fit. They are heavyweight 6.1-ounce, 100% cotton — pretty standard sized shirts. You can check out the sizing chart here: SizingChart (pdf). Most of our earlier-designed shirts are printed on Port & Company tees. We also print XXL and XXXL shirts in this style because it’s more natural fit for the big dogs.
11. Do you have different shirts for men and women?
YES! Well, on some shirts (and any new shirts)… See above. Chicks had been buying a lot of size S from our site, but they asked for girls’ sizes, so we’ve started to integrate them. Check for the girls’ sizes when on the individual shirt page. The girls shirts seem to run a little small, so if you are between sizes, best bet would be to go up.
12. What if my size isn’t on there?
If there is a size you want that we don’t have, shoot an email to: weemswear@wheresweems.com and we should be able to get it printed for you. May take a week or so. Be patient.
13. Do you only make Philly t-shirts?
Obviously, we love Philly sports, but we are open to anything (as evident by the LeBron shirts). What the people want, the people get. This is not a Weemstatorship.
14. What are “hot links?”
Since sports news can get stale from time to time, we take the time to compile the day’s funniest/most relevant/sexiest stories that are floating around the web. Each afternoon we post these URLs under the title “hot links.” Get it? Good.
15. What are “Quick Hits?”
Quick Hits are brief, breaking news stories. They often do not require a full write up, but contain news that is current. Think of them as hot links that either deserve their own posts or can’t wait until the afternoon.
16. Is Weems single?
Does Ryan Howard hit home runs?
